Linda Walters formed Sage Realty to help home buyers by giving them an advocate for them, instead of the way the industry has it set up, which is to get the deal done regardless of whether the buyer gets the terms they need or want. And it almost always costs the buyer absolutely nothing. Because she worked for many years as a real estate attorney, Linda knows all the ins and outs of real estate. She is used to being on the client’s side for the entire process.                                 Sage Realty is a buyer’s agency company. We do not represent sellers. If they are buying a home through us and wish to sell theirs, we will assist them to get the best representation possible in the sale of their home. Linda Walters, the broker in charge of Sage and its founder, is certified as a REALTOR®, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a technologically expert “e-PRO” by the National Association of REALTORS®. She has been trained as a real estate mediator. In addition to the real estate company, Linda owns a sole practice legal firm www.LawOfficesofLindaWalters.com, limited to matters of real estate, although she never acts as both an attorney and an agent on any one transaction, believing this violates the ethics codes that she follows for law and real estate.
